Difference in Response to WH Hydroxychloroquine Announcements is Timing

The Baltimore Sun picked up a New York Times report about the difference between the public's responses after both times the White House touted hydroxychloroquine as a potential COVID-19 treatment.  CP3 Director Dr. Walid Gellad believes the difference is in the timing of both announcements.  He said, “People who were going to [take hydroxychloroquine] already did it [before May]. They already have it in their cabinet.”
