Anna Conboy, MEd

Anna Conboy is a Project Manager for Dr. Katie Suda’s AHRQ-funded R01 researching the impact of COVID-19 on drug shortages in the U.S. and Canada and NIH-funded R01 aimed at improving pediatric patient safety in dental practices. She earned a Master of Education from John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio and went on to teach in Shenzhen, China for two years. Prior to working at Pitt, Anna transitioned to the healthcare field, working jointly with hospitals and state Medicaid programs to improve patient access to healthcare. She also has an English degree from Ohio State.

Outside of work, Anna enjoys exploring new places in Pittsburgh, spending time with her two cats, traveling around the U.S. and abroad, hiking, reading, and bike riding.
